While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any data, index values, tariff rates, or AI-generated content is complete, current, or error-free. Data is provided "as is" for informational purposes only. Always verify critical data with primary sources before making business decisions.
5. AI-Generated Content
Market briefs and certain analyses are generated using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for procurement decisions. Rate limits apply to AI features (one market brief per 7 days per account).
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download data beyond the provided API
- Redistribute raw data feeds commercially without attribution
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
